Architectural Design

Residential Design

Residential developments can offer significant returns but getting started can be daunting due to their complexity. We understands the town planning process and will assess your land for maximum yield. Through this we are able to bring out the full potential of your land and create a profitable project for your investment.

Commercial Design

Commercial property design and fit-outs follow a set of Different Australian standards. Commercial kitchen designs are a special niche area in the architectural design field where only experienced restaurant fit-out designers operate. Our team is highly experienced in this area and have managed food premises projects from design phase through to fit-out and occupancy approval.

Kitchen Exhaust

Our in-house mechanical engineering team has designed and specified exhaust systems for a wide range of commercial kitchens. The designs produced by our engineering team are compliant to all relevant sections of AS 1668 2015. In addition, our VBA-licensed engineers will provide complementary documentation and certificates for all designs produced in-house to the building surveyor for a fluid progression in the building permit stage.

Heating and Cooling

Our engineering team is capable of calculating and sizing air conditioning units and ductwork in order to ensure the premise is adequately cooled and heated. The flow rate calculations will provide the work spaces with ample cycles of fresh air. To verify all designs our team will deploy mechanical engineers on-site and supervise the mechanical fit-out of the project if required.

To kick-start the design process, the design project manager works with you to elicit project design requirements and ranks them in order of importance. This set of requirements forms the basis of the design brief which is used to create a request for tender package. The design project manager assesses tender responses to short list architects or designers.

The construction project manager oversees the construction of your design. This is done by breaking down the work required for the construction into smaller work packages. These work packages are ordered to form a construction schedule. The construction project manager works with the building to ensure that work packages are completed according to the schedule. In addition, the construction project manager facilitates inspection from relevant specialists to ensure that the building is in accordance with the National Construction Code.
